Transcending Hope is a peer driven nonprofit 501c 3 organization built by people who are either in recovery or have been touched by addiction and recovery. We’ve found that those who have dealt closely with these issues understand the difficulties of starting a new life free of drugs and alcohol.
We offer safe, stable, and culturally specific Recovery housing in Washington, Multnomah, and Clackamas Counties. Transcending Hopes team provides support to our residents, transitional programs, and community restoration program.
