Transentia is a management consultancy specialising in assisting intellectual property owners with early-stage technology commercialisation. Our work generally falls into one of three categories: TECHNOLOGY COMMERCIALISATION STRATEGY We help IP owners to align their technology commercialisation strategy with their overall objectives (e.g., ensuring that technology commercialisation supports rather than hinders a university's research remit). TECHNOLOGY PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT We help IP owners to manage their portfolio for maximum benefit (e.g., prioritising large portfolios to ensure focus on top priority opportunities). TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT We support IP owners with the early-stage commercial development of specific technologies (e.g., securing grant funding, conducting market research and competitor analysis, developing commercialisation strategies, licensing technology, writing business plans and securing investment).
