OUR MISSION To provide professional development that improves communication through engaged education and thoughtful practice. THE ‘HOW’ We teach skills in interactive and engaging formats. Studies have shown that individuals learn faster and retain the information longer if they are engaged in the learning process. Our approach in this program is fun, and the concepts are absorbed quicker in an open and safe environment. Thoughtful practice with professional actors takes the angst out of role playing with a colleague. Additionally, the participant receives pointed one on one feedback post session. And finally, one on one coaching from an ESI Coach allows the participant to review real life scenarios and work out strategies to address. During this time, the coach will reinforce what was learned in the program. OUR VISION To be the leader in transforming people to express as their best selves while making the world a better place.
