Our mission is to reimagine business and trade through the eyes of small and vulnerable producers & workers to realize fair distribution of risk across global and local supply-chains through development and promotion of profitable, sustainable BUT ethical trade practices. Our unique structure as a company and charity enables us to address developmental and commercial needs of small producers; as well as provide advisory services to development initiatives. Our work in India is the largest outside of the UK
and has revolved around some of the most complex and labour-intensive value chains of Tea, Textile, Small scale Agriculture, Crafts,
Cotton and Jute touching about 150,000 households (650,000 individuals).
