Transform Training is a registered charity and limited company specialising in emotional resilience training. We are passionate about sharing our knowledge, and training others in our approach. Transform can train individuals, groups, businesses, charities, schools and community groups, working with employees, management teams, students or volunteers. Developing emotional resilience is of benefit to everyone, in all kinds of settings and environments. It promotes positive wellbeing, increases self-awareness and motivation, boosts confidence, and helps people achieve their goals. Our training work helps to support our charitable work, which focuses on supporting disadvantaged young people to reach their full potential. We are committed to transforming the lives of the most vulnerable young people in our communities through our unique training courses and programmes.
