Our Mission:
Transformation Yoga Project facilitates trauma-sensitive, mindfulness yoga programs in the greater Philadelphia Area driven by education and research.
Our Programs:
Our Yoga for Recovery and Behavioral Health, Justice and Reentry and Youth Services offer classes that teach adolescents and adults skills for reducing stress, healing trauma, and providing practical knowledge of how to handle one's emotions.
In addition, we offer trauma-sensitive yoga trainings for yoga teachers, social workers, counselors, therapists, teachers, and interested community members so that people can integrate practices into their work.
Transformation Yoga Project is a 501c3 non-profit organizations whose activities are funded through contributions from individuals and organizations.
