care as part of our community and domicillary care service our initial packages of care involve the following:

-Companionship with a consistent regular face.
- Support with appointments and independent living.
-Support post hospital admission or respite care following a deterioration in mental health state.
- Meal preparation and meal time support.
- Cleaning and assisting individuals to maintain their family home.
- Access to the community and support with integration within their local area to access shops, social events, appointments and exercise.
