Transformer & Rectifier (India) company is one of the leading manufacturer having three different manufacturing facilities in Moraiya, Changodar and Odhav situated in the western part of India and are the 3rd largest manufacturer in India with total installed capacity of 36000 MVA.
We have the capacity to manufacture Power Transformer upto 1000 MVA, 1200 kV Class, Distribution Transformers from 315 kVA and above, Furnace Transformer upto 120 kA, Rectifier Transformer upto 160 kA DC, Reactors upto 765 kV, etc. .
We are having State Of Art manufacturing facilities with Ultra modern testing laboratory with the capacity of testing upto 1200 kV transformers.
We are certified by BVCI for ISO – 9001-2008; ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 for quality systems.
We have captured 10% total market share of Power Transformers and 50% total market share of furnace transformers in India with the work force of over 1200 employees.
The Power & Distribution transformers designed, manufactured and tested by us ranging from 500 kVA to 500 MVA are in successful operations throughout the length and breadth of the World. We have also supplied 500 MVA, 400 kV Power Transformer to Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited.
T&R has already manufactured and tested 333 MVA, 1150 kV Class transformer which is being supplied to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.
