Funded through the @Arts and Humanities Research Councils (AHRC) #Green Transition Ecosystem (GTE) Programme, the @Transforming Housing and Homes for Future Generations project will design, test, implement and monitor innovative solutions to transform existing housing.
Through a world-leading ecosystem of stakeholders involving industry, practitioners, social housing landlords and researchers, the focus will be on processes that enable the transformation of 1920-1940s council built housing, integrating technical, social, environmental, and economic solutions, co-designing with relevant communities.
This interdisciplinary research project aligns with AHRC's strategic priorities and @UKRI's #net-zero framework, contributing to the transition towards a #sustainable future.
