Transforming Life is a digital platform and coaching center to boost mental health and emotional wellbeing using scientific and proven metacognitive insights, knowledge, and practices. Our vision is to boost (i) productivity, efficiency, happiness, and inner peace, (ii) prevent mental health illness and substance use, and (iii) address existing mental and substance use disorders, across all communities and age groups through mental health and life empowerment programs, specifically directed towards the youth and their families. To make our vision a reality, we create tailored essential life empowerment courses to enable individuals to connect with their higher self and empower them with skillsets using proven metacognitive-based structured and holistic programs that stimulate critical thinking and growth mindset, imparting success4life.
