About Center for Transformative Leadership AS

Center for Transformative Leadership (CTL) is a network of professionals delivering consulting, research and skill training related to leadership and organizational development. We utilize robust methods of inquriy and practice that allows clients to optimize their ability to learn and improve their impact in the world. The core competence of CTL comes from applying awareness based development and cognitive skill training to leadership training.
