Transform MSCA-DN

TRANSFORM is a research initiative funded by Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA). We focus on examining whether and to what extent transformative practices are effective mechanisms for activating and consolidating transitions in urban mobility cultures and their resulting socio-spatial effects. To address this, it was established a vibrant, holistic, interdisciplinary, intersectoral, and gender-sensitive Doctoral Network to coordinate research and training activities aligned with this goal. The consortium is built upon the collaboration of 16 highly reputable European academic institutions and 9 experienced non-academic organizations. Their planned interactions will create a ground-breaking research and training environment aimed at fostering the career development of 13 doctoral candidates. As a MSCA Doctoral Network we support early-stage researchers, providing PhD candidates with the opportunity to train at top-tier institutions, emphasizing the intersection between professional practice and traditional academic research. The individual PhD projects are carefully interconnected to foster shared knowledge, strengthen collaboration among researchers, and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
