Transform Childrens Homes

TransformUK Communities is a youth and community organisation founded in 2016 to bring locally focused transformational love to the poorest parts of the UK. In 2016 we established our partnership with the Shoreditch Tab working together to assist the local community. In 2017 we launched our alternative provision programme providing an outstanding educational curriculum for disengaged young people. Alongside this we launched our youth club provision and various other projects designed for young people struggling in the education system. In 2018 we continued to build upon our current projects and organised a summer residential for 20+ young people to a youth festival. In 2019 we launched a women’s night shelter supporting 21 women over the coldest months of the year. Alongside growing our other projects, in 2018 we also launched our music studio funded through our crowd funding initiative allowing us to carry out a variety of programmes. We then launched TransformCoffee, our partnership with Notes Coffee Roasters. Through this partnership we’re able to provide coffee which also transforms lives. In 2020 we launched our Word Forward project, which is a lyric and music project encouraging creativity. We also secured our London Mayors funding. In 2021, due to the pandemic, we transitioned many of our services online allowing us to still support the most vulnerable in the community. Our amazing team also started delivering meals and food to people’s doorsteps! We are currently working on designing and developing our first, girls only, children’s home! Our aim is to build a family like model which demonstrates love at the centre.
