Key Responsibilities ✅ Carrier Management: Effectively manage day-to-day dispatching needs. ✅ Route Optimization: Plan efficient routes, considering distance, fuel costs, PMC, carrier priorities, and delivery deadlines. ✅ Communication: Maintain clear communication with carriers, providing real-time updates and addressing challenges.
