The Transition 15 Story Transition 15 founder, Matt Perry, enjoyed success as a professional rugby player, at club and international level, learning what is required to be part of truly world-class, high-performing teams and how to successfully move between them. On transitioning from professional rugby, Matt wanted to return to his passion for people and behaviour, whilst combining it with his experience of world-class high-performance cultures and teams. Transition 15 was established in 2015 and now, having spent as much time in high-performance business as he did in sporting environments, Matt leads a team of Associate Performance Coaches, imparting their shared knowledge & insights of high-performance to others in business.
