The Transition Support Project is based at Flinders University, and is funded by the Department of Health and the Department of Social Services. The project primarily helps Commonwealth-funded community mental health services transition their clients to new NDIS supports.
Via our website, www.tspforall.com.au, we also share resources and tools on mental health and the NDIS, recognising that the needs of people with psychosocial disability may be quite different from those of people with other disabilities.
