We are a collaborative team with many decades of experience in our market specialties. Each of us have roots in hotel and restaurant operations, sales, catering and accounting. Kat and Lynn's experience has always been in Food and Beverage and Culinary while Ken's is in Rooms Operations, Accounting, Sales, Marketing and Recruiting. Missy is our super admin and people person. After years of successfully recruiting, hiring and managing hospitality talent, we have migrated to a new post pandemic business model. We partner with your company's management to describe and then identify the best available talent for both temporary and permanent positions throughout the hospitality industry. Through a combination of networking and direct sourcing, we bring the best candidates to the surface, interview and vet them and then present them.
