When it’s time to relocate a loved one with medical needs, no one does it better than TransMedCare. We provide safe and secure nationwide non-emergency transport to and from hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospice care facilities, or home to be in the care of family. Our experienced medical teams are fully equipped to handle the special needs of the elderly and disabled, along with post-surgical transport and patients recovering from injuries and illness or experiencing mental health issues, such as Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. We transport to and from hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and private residences for distances over 300 miles. Our new state-of-the-art transport vans feature all the comforts of home, including TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, memory foam mattress and the convenience of an on-board toilet so there is never a need to leave the vehicle.
