Transphorm Energy is seeking self-motivated, upbeat and organized candidates that have experience within going door to door sales/ canvassing or appointment setting. You will go into targeted neighborhoods explaining to homeowners how they can lower their cost of living by switching to solar. Once we educate the homeowner to go through a demo that same day, you will stay with that homeowner and provide a demonstration. Primary Responsibilities • Build trust and rapport with qualified homeowners throughout targeted neighborhoods convincing them to view a demonstration at their home the same day •Speak one-on-one with homeowners about their energy usage and determine the best savings program for them •Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire consultative sales process and demonstration through active listening and answering questions and concerns Requirements •Positive and upbeat personality •Excellent communication skills •Able to read, write and speak English clearly a must, bi-lingual a big plus! •Professional appearance and demeanor at all times •Able to work in a fast-pace environment and stay organized and focused •Able to confidentially handle objections with a high degree of professionalism •Able to work nights and weekends •Must have a reliable vehicle •Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Benefits Lucrative bonus plans including daily spiffs for high achievers At target make over $100 K your first year!
