Transpose

Transpose aims to provide members of the Trans* public with basic knowledge and tools required to fit into High tech companies. Transpose was created and established by Nimrod Aldaag, with the endorsement and support of Microsoft and Cybereason. As many Trans* people are struggling to find a job during or after the gender adjustment process, Transpose aims to train and equip them with relevant skills. These skills include High-tech and business English, Working in a computerized environment, Office applications, HR procedures, financial management, organizational communication, and more. The participants receive unique training from experts in the field (all volunteers) and gain valuable tools needed for job hunting and High-tech positions.
