Triangle Area Office Building Association (TRAOBA)

TRAOBA’s mission is to support the commercial real estate professionals who serve the Triangle office leasing community’s evolving needs. Through a series of initiatives, TRAOBA fosters relationship building and provides its members with continuing education and networking opportunities: 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 Every other month, TRAOBA organizes a membership meetup. Members enjoy peer networking and targeted presentations on foundational and trending topics. TRAOBA’s networking opportunities also include special events such as the popular Battle of the Broker Bands fundraiser. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 Speakers recognized as experts in their field keep TRAOBA members informed through “featured deal” panels, targeted economic development updates and TRAOBA luncheons. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 Every year, TRAOBA selects charitable organizations to support. Past partnerships include toy drives for the Salvation Army, fund-raising for Habitat for Humanity, and advocate work for Hilltop Home in Raleigh. Our Battle of the Broker Bands fundraiser raises thousands of dollars for local charities, showcases our members’ artistic talents and provides a fun-filled networking opportunity. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 TRAOBA members have the opportunity to “Showcase” available office properties at the luncheon events. Members present a project's merits and receive invaluable feedback from a captive and informed audience.
