Traprock Oman

Inspired by Oman’s unique carbon-capturing peridotite rocks, Traprock is a project development and investment brokerage firm with a mission to help Oman’s emission-intensive industries transition to cleaner alternatives. Recognizing that heavy industry has played a primary role in local economic development, Traprock was formed to support Oman 2040’s vision to invest in cleaner and more sustainable energy processes. We are first and foremost collaborators. We work as agents to bridge funding with clean technology providers and facilitate stakeholder engagement between international partners and public and private Omani entities. This is to ensure a holistic and inclusive approach to project development.
