We specialize in incorporating the principles of Delivery Units from the Center of government into public management; we provide guidance in the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of policies, programs, and projects for productive, social, and institutional development. We also support organizational leadership in improving talent management, structure and functions, processes, and culture. Since 2014, whether through tras100d or our partners, we have carried out over 200 consulting projects in 12 countries in the region. Additionally, since 2021, we have started operations in Washington, DC as tras100d Consulting.
