Trauma-Sense helps individuals and organisations understand of the impact of stress and trauma on both professional and personal lives, and crucially, equips people with tools to know what to do about it. We offer courses for coaches and wellbeing professionals to become trauma-informed; to enable them to better serve their clients and get the results they know are possible. Trauma-Sense provides bespoke training and workshops for organisations around psychological safety, improving communication and understanding the impact of stress and improving wellbeing for staff.
