We are on a mission to transform international development by shifting the power directly to local African nonprofits. We believe that local African nonprofits have the best understanding of local challenges, and are sufficiently committed to long-term sustainable resolutions of their challenges. Our name is French, meaning "working together", which is our promise for capacity strengthening of both Francophone African and Anglophone African NGOs. We empower African nonprofits and social enterprises with high-quality grant writing, business development training, philanthropic research and a vibrant fundraising community of practice that ensures their financial sustainability, enabling them to continue to do good in their local communities. We also provide African and western donors with services including developing calls for proposals, reviewing grant applications, due diligence on, and capacity-building of African grantees.
