Traveler Care ®

Traveler Care aims to promote the amicable settlement of unresolved disputes between consumers and providers of travel services (tourism, transport, accommodation, airport support, etc.) or leisure services (amusement parks, show or sports ticketing, etc.), signatories of the Traveler Care Charter. Independent and impartial, Traveler Care is responsible for bringing together points of view to pave the way for an amicable solution and thus avoid resorting to a court.
