Company employees are involved in examinations by all German courts Why is it convenient and profitable to work with us? - We always find an individual solution for our client - Our experts are independent in their expertise, because we do not work for insurance companies under contract - If the equipment cannot be restored, we agree with our customer on the amount of the loan from the bank and take this into account in the examination so that all of our client’s obligations for lending equipment are fulfilled - In the case of equipment repair, we always check the risks of repair and advise our clients appropriately - Since the payment of our fee depends on the assessed damage, we will always be interested in assessing the maximum damage caused - Assessment of low damage (e.g. a damaged rear view mirror, scratches on the bumper, damaged side protection, etc.) occurs remotely, through our TRAXpert application, which makes it possible to quickly and easily transfer to us all the necessary information for drawing up an estimate without inspecting the equipment. Our customers include some large freight forwarders from Germany and other European countries.
