Treeline Terrains company information, Employees & Contact Information

No photos, no aerial video–nothing brings us back to our favorite landscape like being there in person. Treeline Terrains designs highly accurate 3D wood carvings of the mountains, lakes, and terrains you love. Whether recalling your deepest powder day or missing your favorite landscape, we'll connect you with the land you love. Carving 3D wood maps began with a scholarship–as ski and snowboard instructors at the Middlebury Snow Bowl, we established a fund for students to learn to ski for free. To thank our supervisors for helping, we gifted them a mountain carving. Many gifts later, our work has developed into a business that connects customers across the nation with landscapes they love. Our 3D wood maps are highly accurate and are meant to be touched, so you can literally get a feel for the land as you touch the natural wood carving. We work with nonprofit partners to design public-facing dioramas to connect adventurers from all backgrounds with the land. From tactile learners to the visually impaired, we hope to inspire a new conversation of what mapmaking and connection to place mean. Our maple, cherry, and walnut hardwoods are locally and sustainably sourced from A. Johnson Co., following US Sustainable Forestry Initiative regulations. Shipping and packing materials are recyclable and reusable. Waste material (sawdust) generated during production is reused as wood stove fuel. Carvings are 100% made in Vermont and ship everywhere in the US.
