The development of digital forestry is hindered by the fact that we do not know the position of our trees. With data at the individual tree level, we can apply the technologies of the future for automated forestry operations. It opens up for more sustainable forestry, with increased focus on biodiversity and traceability of raw materials, as well as faster and more efficient forest management.
