COUNSELLING THERAPY As a software-developer-turned-counsellor, I specialize in working with engineers, researchers and academics who are experiencing anxiety and low mood and who are looking for ways to explore and express their unique self, embrace new experiences and uncover their innate joy, playfulness and freedom. My primary focus areas include: - Difficulties related to a high IQ: Overachieving, overanalyzing overstimulation, increased sensitivity - Anxiety, burnout, stress, panic and phobias - Depression, feeling unmotivated, helpless and worthless - Disturbing and repetitive thoughts and behaviours TECH CAREER COUNSELLING You may find yourself struggling with, among other things, competition among colleagues, difficult managers with unrealistic expectations and poor people skills, trying to fit in, keeping up with technology trends and increasing demands for productivity. I have worked in the tech industry since 2009 as a developer, a team lead, a mentor and a tutor.
