Trees Engineering is a startup on a mission to connect the engineering world to solve talent shortage. We do this by digitalising the manpower agency services, working only exclusively with independent freelancers and being fully transparent on our fees. How? By providing a freelancer's marketplace where clients can post engineering needs and connect or match with freelancers and small engineering agencies. We let clients and freelancers/agencies decide on the scope of work, duration and rate. We intervene after the award to manage the admin part. Missions can be done: -on remote, office or hybrid -Full or part-time -Few weeks up to several months We also partner with agents and manpower agencies that would support freelancers in their payroll, invoices, taxes, and insurance. Our marketplace offers tools to browse, follow projects during bids and execution, and centralize and keep our clients and freelancers happy all along their journey with us.
