The Real Estate Group (TREG, LLC) grew from a desire to build a boutique real estate company focused not only on meeting the very specific needs of our clientele, but also to educate and share our expertise on the ever evolving and changing Dorchester neighborhood of Boston.
The founder, Lawrence Gettings, one of the area's most successful real estate brokers, pooled the talents of a select group of agents to form this entrepreneurial endeavor. The result was a highly productive, innovative and community focused real estate company. For five consecutive years (2011-2015), TREG, LLC was one of the top five performing brokerage offices in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, before its dissolution in 2016. TREG, LLC had 231 transactions, resulting in $80 Million in sales during that time period.
