TREK42, with parent company Identimap, Inc., develops software products that improve an organization’s productivity. The organization’s products are designed to be less cumbersome on the survey participant, more easily understood by the administrator, and more economical than other traditional assessment tools. Identimap has developed two foundation design elements, proprietary visual data analytics and a unique pattern recognition intelligence algorithm, which make the products fast and easy to use. TREK42 is designed to capture, analyze and visually display profile survey data that make people more productive, increase on-board effectiveness, reduce employee turnover, enhance the team selection process and identify soft skills for internal promotion. The organization currently has consultants located across the United States and in India. With origins in Silicon Valley California, both TREK42 and Identimap are headquartered in the Silicon Prairie (Kansas City).
