Trellis was formed around our shared values and wanting to see good outcomes for people and those around them.
We are about delivering best practise positive behaviour supports (PBS) to people with disability. We do this in partnership with people - treating them with dignity, respect, and affirmation - and the key people, organisations, and systems that support them.
Good supports require capable professionals and that’s why we work to foster the next generation of PBS practitioners, through our supervision, training, and workforce development initiatives.
This goes alongside the need for capable organisations and environments. So, we work with service providers, mainstream organisations, peak bodies, universities, Government departments to help achieve PBS good practice and a better quality of life for people with disabilities.
