TAC is a full-service fitness facility located in and serving the Near West Side neighborhoods of Cleveland. The gym itself occupies two floors of the Creamery Development. The upper floor has street access and consists of the main lobby and a class area devoted to yoga and other group exercise. The lower floor is the main gym floor, which is over 10,000 square feet. It contains cardio and strength equipment, a group/functional training area, as well as locker rooms. Plans for the building also include a rooftop patio area that will allow for outdoor yoga classes when weather permits.
