Trendenza; an interactive touch screen enabled in-store display for matching clothes and accessories, won various startup competitions. It intended to digitalise and enhance the in-store shopping experience and bridge the gap between high-end and middle range fashion apparel stores while giving an opportunity for targeted customer selling.
Along with personalised fashion suggestions, the interface allowed shoppers to visualise outfits before trying them on. Shoppers could customize the search based on body type, height, etc., connect to other shoppers and browse through fashion designer’s recommendations. The product would have a display with cameras and 3-D imaging, linked to the CRM & inventory management systems. The body would use high-grade plastic and alluminum with a bead blasted finish to give it an elegant and sleek finish that could get well integrated in any clothing store.
