Trendy Studio Trendy Studio is centrally located in the photo/film/art district of Wynwood in Miami. Our 5,000 sq. ft. space provides two studios and a rooftop. The interior space includes a 23’ x 18’ Cyclorama and a Roll-Up Door for vehicle access. The industrial loft space offers different texture walls: Brick, concrete, vintage wall paper, wood and acrylic. Ceiling height throughout the facility is 20’. The 4,000 sq. ft. rooftop provides 360º city-views. Our rental spaces can all be combined or rented independently depending on your vision, production size and budget.
