TrepBI (Acquired)

TrepBI helps Tenant Rep Brokers prospect, initiate, and execute business. We do this by enabling CRE teams to build and reference a source of truth for market data. TrepBI was acquired by JLL in March, 2022. The client deliverable, and the pursuit of new business, drive the creation of market availability and data on the platform. The platform has a series of client-facing products for generating and executing business alike. Both complement the data foundation, empower the broker, and increase efficiency.
