TRG was an international company with a deep technology ethos. They provided an efficient service by utilising the right technology and assets more effectively. Operating in more than half a dozen industries mainly distribution, express delivery, telecom and internet services. The company unique selling point had been the use of technology to provide efficiently of service. This was crucial in providing great customer service and allowing staff to operate swiftly. In many large companies the use of software is fragmented, using multiple software solutions for each part of the business: ecommerce, order management, stock control, purchasing, accounts. At TRG we used one solution.
