Serving most areas of the Mid-Atlantic Region, Tri State Foam Products, Inc. was a manufacturer and fabricator of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Foam products. Tri State EPS was a rigid, lightweight, foamed plastic with resilient closed cells molded in a range of densities and sizes to meet your application/specification requirements. Tri State Foam offered shape molded packaging as well as fabricated packaging. In the shape molding process, expanded polystyrene beads are blown into a mold cavity where they further expand and fuse to form the exact shape of the mold.

Shape molding is ideal when large, repetitive quantities are required. We offer engineered design assistance, as well as prototype sampling, in developing the optimum packaging solution to meet the needs of our customers.

Where energy efficiency and cost effectiveness have long been primary design considerations, architects have made EPS the dominant thermal insulation.
