Tri State is an independent testing laboratory with current certifications in Connecticut to perform testing and inspection services. Tri State is a Certified Small/Minority Business Enterprise, State Supplier Diversity Program participant, and Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
Tri State has been a service leader in the construction industry, and has provided materials testing and inspection service to the region for the past 18 years. Tri State provides on time delivery of service, technicians, and inspectors with the proper equipment, training and the quickest report generation system. Whenever it is required, we use multi-disciplined technicians to help save our client’s time and testing cost.
Tri State is NVLAP Accredited, and meets AASHTO, CCRL, and AMRL, ASTM, AWS, ASNT, BOCA, ICC and ACI Standards and ASTM E329 & ASTM C 1077 independent testing lab requirements. Tri State offers state of the art equipment, highly qualified personnel and a commitment to service excellence.
The services include but not limited to: Project special inspection, field inspection and testing, laboratory testing, engineering, geotechnical, soil borings and QA/QC management services. We provide full services for structural steel, nondestructive testing Ground Penetration Radar (GPR), concrete/asphalt coring, vibration monitoring, curtain wall, windows, Masonry, concrete, reinforcing bars, fire proofing, asphalt (Super Pave), and most specialized inspections.
Tri State in house laboratory is equipped for soil, aggregate, masonry, and concrete testing.
Presently, we have contracts with the State of CT DAS/DCS, town municipalities, and private contracts throughout the state, and have been provided our services for multi-discipline buildings, including public schools, elderly residential, and medical buildings..
