TNAC Mission Statement: To attract, support and foster talent that sees the world a little differently. North Carolina and the Triangle Area is an optimal environment to become the go-to location for neurodivergent talent and their families. The companies represented within TNAC collaborate through peer support and sharing of best practices, and working with the NC State government to increase the over-all capability to grow and recruit the best talent for area companies. Goal: Reducing the unemployment rate and improving the workplace experience for neurodivergent individuals by increase knowledge and acceptance at Triangle based companies for a neurodivergent workforce
