PT. Trias Jaya Propertindo

Founded in 2005 by Ir. Djaja Roeslim, an industry veteran and two-times former Chairman of REI (Real Estate Indonesia) in Batam, PT. Trias Jaya Propertindo is a property developer based in the very strategic location of Batam. After seeing how low the supply for of proper, quality homes on the island then, Trias was established to address the need for quality homes for consumers around the island. Our very first project, BSI Residences, was sold out entirely in a relatively short time, with our subsequent projects rolling out quite quickly following the success of our very first one. With our motto of presenting quality property developments, we at Trias continually try to learn from our the projects we undertake to impart our learnings to all of our future endeavors in an attempt to help improve ourselves and the products that we develop for our consumers. We have also chosen to always pick out strategic locations as a part of our criteria when choosing a plot of land to begin our developments on. We also have a strong working relationship with both government organizations as well as the private banking sectors nationally to almost guarantee the ease of our consumers accessing ownerships of the homes that we have developed through pre-construction mortgage programs.
