TRIBAG SA – a leading company in the TRIBAG Group (GT). It is the owner of dolomite deposits geo-located in the Silesian Metropolis area. TRIBAG SA has a dolomite mine in a strategic road transport area of Upper Silesia, and has for years been one of the leading manufacturers of road-construction aggregates, as well as of aggregates which are then used as an input for asphalt production in Silesia. TRIBAG SA manufactures and sells dolomite aggregates in the amount of approximately 1 million tonnes per year. The Company’s customers are major service providers and contractors in the sector of road and motorway construction, implementing contracts in Poland in the amount of about 81 billion PLN, including, among others: SKANSKA AB, STRABAG SE, SALINI Impregilo S.p.A., MAX BOGL, HEIDELBERG CEMENT Group, CEMEX Group, EUROVIA VINCI Group and NDI Group BAZOLA, as well as leaders in the regional market which implement infrastructural investment projects in the South of Poland: DROGBUD Sp. z o.o., BITUM Sp. z o.o., WPRD SA. Within the structure of the Capital Group, TRIBAG SA’s portfolio includes assets of companies from the production, industrial, mining and financial sectors.
