TRICAP PROPERTIES is a real estate investment, management, and development company with over 30 years of experience in Canada, as well as strategic markets abroad. With a comprehensive inventory of industrial, retail, office, and residential products, our portfolio offers solutions to suit a variety of real estate needs. We have roots dating back to the early 1980’s when the Czapka family began to assemble land in the Northern regions of the Greater Toronto Area. In addition, industrial product was accumulated to service the growing needs of a family owned manufacturing business. As the manufacturing business grew and expanded within Ontario and outside Canada, so did the real estate business. Over the past three decades, we have experienced significant growth, and are now a full service real estate operation. As a family owned, operated and financed company, we are proud of our ability to meet our commitments.
