Tricolour Values Group comprises (1) Tricolour Values Investments PSC - TVIP in Dubai (2) Tricolour Financial Services Private Limited (with its registered office in Coimbatore and with a presence in Bangalore and Chennai) is a registered NBFC with RBI. (3) Values Alternative Investments International Private Limited - VAIIPL with its registered office in Coimbatore and an operating presence in Mumbai and (4) Tricolour Values Group Capital(TVGC) - registered as a Trust in Mumbai and is in the process of being approved as an Alternative Investment Fund(AIF) by SEBI. Originally, the four (4) entities were incorporate to establish regulated entities to address the debt(working capital) and equity requirements of eligible companies in the corridors between India, the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries; so as to target good quality Indian companies in the manufacturing and technology sectors, nurture and groom them into establishing a presence in the UAE and/or in the GCC such as Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. These imports-dependent countries strategically wish to minimise their supply chain risks and avoid the adverse impact that maybe caused by disruptions in shipping lanes affecting their vital imports. Therefore they also wish to encourage 'last mile production’ within their countries to secure their supplies and leverage their strengths in warehousing, shipping, transportation and logistics. An ancillary objective of Tricolour Values Group is to address the needs of large family offices that are active in both these geographies i.e. in the GCC and in India and meet their needs in terms of investing in the Indian public and private markets i.e. by the way of both debt, equity and hybrid exposures.
