Our state-of-the-art facility, spanning 56,000 sq ft, is equipped with advanced machinery for both vertical and horizontal 4 and 5 axis CNC milling. We can handle parts with maximum dimensions of 120″ x 28″ x 32″ for vertical milling, and 40″ x 35.5″ x 40″ for horizontal milling, ensuring high precision with tolerance of 0.003 inches. Our lathe machining capabilities extend to parts with a diameter of up to 12 inches.
Value-Added Services:
In addition to machining, we offer superior wet paint and powder coating services, capable of accommodating parts up to 14ft x 2ft x 4ft and 8ft x 2ft x 3ft respectively. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our 11-stage wash system and additional services such as assembly, masking, silk screening, laser etching, pad printing, casting grinding/sanding, sandblasting, and anodizing.
Casting and Forging:
While we may not have in-house casting and forging equipment, our extensive network of trusted partners allows us to provide comprehensive solutions including open and closed die forging, drop forging, upset forging, precision forging, sand casting, investment casting, die casting, and lost-foam casting. This collaboration ensures that your project receives the highest level of care and precision.
