Trini-PI Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was born out of the passion and sincere efforts of people from various domains of the IT industry and professors from several reputed colleges. The over 150 man-years of collective experience among the senior management and leadership roles led to the company's core vision: to be a leading global provider of cost-effective hiring tools for all enterprises and map talent to the congruent job role. Trini-PI has been conceptualized as a four-dimensional model simplifying hiring complexity across the 4 C’s, namely Companies, Colleges, Candidates and Collaborators, using data analytics and artificial intelligence with a keen focus on customized user experience. To this end, Trini-PI Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is currently involved in developing an assessment-based hiring platform for aligning individual capabilities with industry requirements.
