An established and distinctive area of practice by using a variety of responsibly sourced and sustainable craft medium combined with commercial products to create unique and inspirational pieces. Commercial fabrics are sometimes used to raise awareness of environmental protection issues which are combined with recycled and reclaimed materials.
My works unite component parts using a variety of stitches and techniques using fabrics to create swathes of colour with splendid hues and metallic highlights. The scale of my art works varies and depends on the contexts of the commissions that I receive.
