Trinity Trust Foundation Pty Ltd is a community-based organization with a mission to uplift and empower our youth & communities and in so create the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs and business owners. Our mission is to train 1000 youth from Mitchells Plain, Khayelitsha and surrounding areas in the Business Process Outsourcing Sector (BPO) by 2025. We aim to achieve this through offering employers a Hosting and Recruitment service and Place learners within close-proximity of future employers. Companies requiring BBBEE points, combined with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) budgets who meets the criteria to utilize Skills Development Levies (SDL) to obtain staffing through stipends as well as utilize tax incentives endorsed by South African Revenue Services (SARS.)
